Well, him and Z are a wash I think. Z can break up the cycle and relies on his partner to get the puck up the ice; Ceci has more offensive tools, better at breaking out, but zero hockey sense in his own end, so Marincin grenades aplenty.

If Ceci plays as a 6D at 4.5M, it's an overpayment, but only for a year. You have to think that there are more moves ahead to make us better.

Spatso always said Harpur was as good as Chabot and better than any defence prospect the Leafs have. Sounds like a steal to me.
