Spezza... low risk with league minimum but honestly, is there any hockey left in him? Even when he was a legit threat, he wasn’t that good defensively and doesn’t kill penalties. Assuming he plays on 4th line, he seems a down grade from even Brown or Ennis at this point.

I have been one of the few defenders of Ceci in Ottawa. But, if you start the season with Ceci on your top pair.....you in trouble....big time!
