It's pretty imperative they resign Marner . . .

I don't really like the weakened defense, but Zaitsev and Gardiner weren't very good last year in particular. I will defend 2017's Jake Gardiner, but 2018's Gardiner was not good. Same brain cramps, no significant offense, no real driving the play.

Hainsey had good games, and we did grow to like him, but anyone attacking Hainsey with speed was assured of a victory. He's one year older, and one year slower. We'll see, but I don't think losing him is a major problem.

Granted, we need a steadying influence on the right side to give Rielly some freedom.

But . . . I think Ceci sucks.
