Ok so time for the good ol three team deal... Toronto trades him to one of the teams not on his 10 team block, they flip him to Calgary then since his NTC would be gone, then that team flips with Toronto in another trade to send pieces back... ways around it!

Or just see if You can find a better deal outside of the 10 teams there.
