I've been practicing that rant for weeks on my way home from picking up my daughter from daycare I can't handle their poop anymore.

That and the fake analytics guys that don't know wtf they are talking about. I'll be the first to admit that I don't understand some of this stuff, but the stuff I do talk about, I fully understand.

First rule of analytics, is that every chart, every stat, is only one piece of the story. One chart will never, ever be the end all be all for a player.

100% agree.
I'm not knowledgeable in many of the more advanced analytics that project "expected ______", but I get the concept and believe it is like looking at part of the picture...needs to be put into an overall concept.
