Schopp made a great point on jerseys. He said home teams should wear white so you get the variety of the visiting teams colors. So boring getting the Sabres dark jerseys and visitors whites every game.

Actually players like Oates, Thornton, and Getzlaf are the ones that drive the play. If not for them, guys like Cheecho don’t score.

And if you don’t think Thornton who is 14th all time in points is a generational player than you and I can’t speak anymore.

We can only hope Eichel puts up those numbers.

Oh and Oates is 18th all time in scoring, 7th in assists.
