With that sunburn, I don't think he will be ready for the start of the season. |

I’m a fan and probably overly optimistic about it.
You’re an insufferable knowitall douche.
I’ll cop to over optimistic fan.

I know he can be a top 10 center in the league ..
If he looks the same he should be in Rochester for the year for a punishment and no call up - gerbe75pts

Get it right. Trump is the one who denies climate change. It is clearly his fault. |

If anyone thinks America lost their greatness somehow, and had to be "Made Great Again", I say that person is an insufferable turd and a snowflake of the highest order.
Any country whose citizens are free to choose a bad actor, a black community organizer, a slimy real estate clown, or a peanut farmer to be President has gotta be the best place on earth. |

Pegula bought an entire city and gave it to his wife who hired a narcoleptic autistic CTE GM.
The Sabres will blow next year. Rangers are going to be fun to watch. |

What's the deal with Ristolainen ? Is he bad ? Is he good ? 8th overall pick should be pretty good/great by now, right ? Is he a good player that makes one little mistake but it ends up in the net ? Or has he stopped caring ? Can someone who watches every game respond with a scouting report on him ? I do "watch" every game, but for the last couple of years, I've fast-fowarded through HUGE chunks of game-play, just looking for Sabres goals (an entire game of this crap just isn't bearable - I don't know how some of you do it - and God bless those of you bought season tickets for the past few seasons). Should we trade him ? I just don't think we should give up on an 8th overall pick - but on the other hand, it may be an attitude thing and he'll never be a great player here. Of course, he'll become an all-star if he's traded, but if he's going to play like sh!t here, why keep him ? Maybe Krueger can work some sort of magic.
Or am I totally wrong and he's playing well, but not catching any breaks ? Again, I don't watch the games with a microscope. Been doing the fast-forward thing the last few years. Same with the Bills. I don't have time to waste watching sh!tty teams lose all the time. I keep saying "if they make the playoffs, i'll start watching entire games without fast-forwarding" .... playoffs. Ha ! Yeah right ... |

Same as every year. Top guys get silly money on day 1 and the the market takes several days to correct itself. |

I really do believe that a Risto trade is in the works, but we are waiting for these other balls to drop...at least I hope so, because if this is our team next year, it's going to be another long one... |

I think he is more mentally spent, sick of losing than lack of physical ability. Also, he has been played as a 1st line D against the other team's top talent big minutes with a weak d-mate to help him out. You put that all together and it's a combination for failure. He had an awsome scouting report coming out, played well for a few years but has been on a downward spiral. Like I said I think it is more mental. He needs a change of scenery. |
