No. At this stage, I honestly don't think he brings anything that we can't get from just about anyone else. With his former history here, too, that just makes it worse and more magnified.

Someone did mention that he does bring more Elisha Cuthbert than anyone else.

He's better than Harpur. I see a lot of weird hype around him, he's (frank)ing terrible. Probably better than Marincin too, but slower. Borgman is a tricky one as he's as physical, but skates better.

I wonder how Mathot is doing in rehab. At his age it's really tough to come back to full strength but on a cheap deal if he could be close to what he was before might be a really good option.

I had wondered about this one, too. He is the type of guy we actually need. A better Hainsey. A complete guess, but I think if he was in any condition to play, Ottawa would have been after him before Hainsey.
