I don't disagree. I figured he'd come in at $9.8m. I was hoping for longer term obviously, but the more you look at the way the RFA market is shifting, the more you know no one wants to give up their UFA years if they don't have to.

But he’s a good guy and i go fishing on Muskoka with him sometimes. And he just purchased 1k worth of firewood off me, so maybe I just won’t gonback there often, or I’ll buy a rifle.

But yeah, he shouldn’t be baiting bears so close to our house, it’s about 300m from me.
