Nope. Trouba eats up almost all of our remaining cap. Then assuming we trade Nam that’s 4 million to sign ADA Lemieux Buch

He’s been relied on to be a #1 playing with disasters. He looked good with McQuaid last year, having a good defensive partner allowed him to relax a bit. Trouba is a much better McQuaid, I expect a big year defensively from Skjei.

I don't think Nam is that bad but his contract numbers are bit high. Shattenkirk is looking at a rebound year but we might not get to see that. Someone has to go.

Ah. You’ve made way to much out of these two signings in that it really hasn’t made them any worse. They were gonna suck regardless if they were here or not. Now they are capped strapped, but even now it’s not gonna cost us much of anything. I feel Kreider would be on the move if we had 20 million on the cap as opposed to what it is now, he’s just a risky long term player for them now

You'd buy out Strome before Nam, his buyout is literally pennies. I think someone would take Nam in a trade, even if we have to retain 1-2 mil

Well if the going rate for a true #1 is 10-11mil, Trouba at 8mil is about right.
