Where did I say he was bad? All I said was a team's fans get too wrapped up into favorites and whipping boys.

I think the trade is an absolute steal. Never trade young, high pick defensemen for a yet to show any potential after 3 years forward. Especially ones that are in the NHL for 38 games at 19. Sure you might get a Tyler Myers, but even he is fine at a given role.

I hear you, but I don't think they trade for a significant 2C. They have invested high picks in Cozens and Mittelstadt. I really believe Mittelstadt will be the 2C next season and he'll be good playing with Johansson and Reinhart

I wouldn't count on Nylander for anything other than getting hurt and disappearing.

Contrary to the MVP of the development camp award, Tage looked like Tage when I went to camp.
