what hurts the most is that they'll be hanging the championship banner in LA with kawhi.
will be good to see marner sign that OS. it will open up the cap space for us to OS brock at 8.5m. - Tumbleweed

oh man. everybody on here thinks that is the time benning actually made a good trade.
seems like sniffing glue has wiped the ~40 trades dimjim has made from everyone's memories.
here's the recap:
Excellent trades: 0
Very good trades: 0
Good Trades: 0
Okay trades: 2
Meh Trades: +25
Bad or worse trades: 5-10
but i got it. this is the one that actually is going to work out - Tumbleweed
Come back tomorrow and the guys who have been arguing about expansion draft exemptions all day can explain the difference between a free agent signing and a trade.

Leafs have so many minimum contracts that Dubas needs to qualify players for the e-draft. Depending on what Marner signs for they could run a 21-22 roster to make it more difficult. |

If history told us anything, it was that we could expect some major mistakes being made. As a skeptic, I am pleasantly surprised at this off season. Again, I still question the cost of miller and length of myers, but u won't fine me complaining overall. Benning has done well imo - Codes1087
Dare we say it the Canucks can now challenge for a top 3 spot in their division. |

Too early to tell. Oilers did sign Mike Smith and Granlund so it will be close.

I like what Buffalo has done this offseason. They really did a lot to adress their d and didnt give up much. Nylander has a ton of skill but top end rhd is much harder to find. Miller and montour... Kruger of course is a big one too. |

This is why they are paying Holland the big Bucks . He will have Oilers just like the Wings in no time. |

Still not happy about trading a 1st and I still feel they will put Myers in a position to fail but they are definitely making significant changes. - Marwood
