Good place to transfer to. Climate is amazing 9 months a year. I’m in the northern part of paradise valley (around 10 mins from you). Vancouver sucks right now

I still miss van though, used to live in the l'hermitage down the street from bloated haha. Definitely prefer 45c for 3 months compared to 6 months of grey. Hated October's.

If it means dumping bottom 6 players to fit top 6 players under the cap, then thats the cap trouble I want!

If you have to, you bury those contracts in the minors and I'm pretty sure FA is on board with it if they continue to chase free agents....
