That's a bit of a leap - what I'm saying is that despite your "he's made of glass" comment, he hasn't missed an abundance of time. You're not wrong in that concussions are concerning, but it's not like he's going down with injury left right and centre.
Not sure why you think it's good from a Flames perspective:
1) When healthy, he can still hit like a mack truck
2) Even if he does get injured too badly, Vancouver can LTIR the cap hit anyways
3) If he avoids the scraps and injuries, he's a pretty solid top 6 option on an otherwise soft team

honestly I think its a great pick up, if he gets time on the top line he can score.
My concern would be the length of contract, as I think his minutes will drop over the years. And Vancouvers need for him to be a big body might wear him down faster.
Maybe this is all just a setup for a Virtanen/Eriksson trade
