I’m bias though ..... I rather get a good 2C over a winger. But that is just me.

This article is sort of maybe kinda true about Larsson. As much as I hate him, he is alright defensively. But Girgensons and Sobodka aren't even that. They just suck, but not quite enough to lose their job to teenagers. So what happens is when your organization worships mediocrity, you don't set the standard where it should be and dump them, you set it at well they're better than a 19 year old, and keep them.

These are guys that have got 4 head coaches fired. Not moving on is a sign of complacency with a noncompetitive product. If nothing else, the sabres are an entertainment business, and your fans despise these players. It's bad anyway you look at it.

So many young exciting options in this organization, another year of Larsson just isn't acceptable.
