I like you Tanner, I really do (we have very similar taste in music), I think you're genuinely entertaining and all the people berating you all the time can go fck themselves.

But for God's sake, please, don't fall into that progressive/politically correct trap.

This "we as white people oughta listen to others tell us we're racist if they say so" crap comes from a quite fckedup thing called radical standpoint theory, itself derivating from all things postmodernism and radical constructivism. It's dangerous, it's deleterious, and it's absolute bullsht. You're a guy who takes pride in being a champion of science, especially concerning global warming and environment related politics. Well I can tell you, as a guy who has 7 years of graduate studies in political philosophy, that standpoint/postmodernism/constructivism is not science, not a single bit, and that the goal of these theories is actually to destroy everything that is related to science (a Western Civ. oppresive heritage, as they like to say).

Those people acting as if racism is a White monopoly outta take some vacations in India or Japan. See what true racism is like.

(And no, I'm neither Conservative nor Republican).

Bravo. It was one be senator. A right leaning senator. But sure. Let’s excuse the people we agree with and then label the people we don’t. Until idiots like yourself quit labeling everything as left vs right and liberal vs conservative we will continue to see the sand line drawing garbage you posted above continue. It’s tools like you who keep our politicians laughing their way to the bank.

Take left and right out of your vocabulary unless you are quoting others and man up

My man, I'm not sitting here writing Trump's accomplishments. Another poster just did a good job of that.

The fact that you actually voted for Hillary completely stops the narrative that your a hardcore independent. If you could get over some of Trump's gaffes and childish comments, you would realize that he is the most independent President in US history. He is willing to work with both sides and get things done.

- rrentz

That’s what I hoped for and it has turned out to be flat out untrue. After he won I was “ alright. We got a Washington outsider. A man who will at least shine a light on the corruption “. I’ll admit he has shone that light. But corruption is his middle name. I want a trump who isn’t a complete (frank)tard... is that too much to ask!?!?

You're a more patient man than me. Well said
- rrentz

Thank you, sir.

The person I was responding to, just said they “didn’t see it”. I can respect differing beliefs and will respond with civility. If on the other hand they want to be ignorant and aggressive, they’re entering the wrong arena. Funny thing with the left is, they get all crazy, they have Antifa, and their temperature goes sky high, while centrist/right leaning people like me, remain calm and calculating. It’s kind of like the knob versus the switch. The knob increases and decreases at a moments notice. That’s the left. The other side is the switch. GOD help the left if they turn the switch. It’s either on or off.
Too many on the right are getting fed up with all this stupid bullish!t. I fear one day, the sh!t will hit the fan, and we’ll have another civil war. I sure hope we can settle our divide through logic and civility. However, my confidence in that, decreases with every passing day.

Here’s to trying make sense with patience, and civility.👍

Apparently you think being a moderate this day in age is easy.

Makes sense. We’ve had a moderate president.....

Umm....

I do.

Rebuilding the military.
Holding other countries accountable for NATO and it’s costs.
Renegotiated, or in the process of renegotiating our trade deals with other countries. They were so one sided against the US it was laughable.
Bringing jobs back to the US.
Lowest unemployment rate in decades.
Booming economy.
Trying to put forth an immigration plan that is being fought by every left wing activist judge in the country, and by a left controlled congress who wants these people as their political slaves. The majority of those coming in are not bringing skills condusive to help building a better country.
Supports our police and first responders, along with law and order.

Shall I go on?

What did the previous president accomplish in 8 years?

I work as a macro economic planner. While I respect there are people with differing opinions, they need to be prepared with more than platitudes and accusations in the arena of debate.

Since you merely said “I don’t see it.” , I engaged you. We can civily disagree.

He told countries they should increase their military spending, he sent some letters and tweeted. Good job.

I guess he increased military spending in the US, but that's standard in the US, that's always increasing.

His trade deals are not completed yet. As a Canadian I'm aware he swore he'd get a different deal on dairy, he didn't.

He said lowering trade imbalances was critical. They have increased under his watch. Economists don't really look at trade deficits as key indicators anyway, but Trump isn't really aware of these things.

He is quite proud of tarrifs, but these are passed on to the American consumer so in effect they are a tax, but Trump doesn't concern himself with these details.

The stock market is doing well probably helped by his tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy, but also increasing the deficit and debt.

He says a lot of things, but he seems self-contradictory, chronically dishonest, incoherent and disturbingly unaware of policy details and basics of how trade and his own government actually works.

He seems to watch a lot of tv and tweet and hold rallies for himself where he rambles. It's really sad.

Typical Lefty. Attack insignificant things like grammatical errors when you cant ( oh no.. I forgot apostrophe) win the real battle.
- rrentz

Except I’m not.

And let me assure you, whatever “battle” you are referring to — I am not a participant.

The fact that you view grammatical errors as insignificant is not at all surprising.

Ugh...where do you live? Never heard that term being called racist....EVER.. You do know that racism is when you judge people according to their actual race....right? Like....no you can't have this job because you're black....That's racist! Every example of "racism" I've heard be thrown around the news is laughable at best. It's simply a way to shut down honest debate, which is what every race baiter claims to actually be protecting. Whata joke!!!
