so they didn't like the fact that he fired a failing coach? we still need to add to the forwards ranks but he has done a good job at bolstering the D (or at least thats what we think).. on picks i think you gotta wait to see how some of these guys pan out, but if you are ranking the last 12 months alot of what you stated shouldn't come into play.. let me guess dubas got an A+++++++

hiring Phail didn't happen in that period
2 of the last 3 drafts didn't happen in that period
as for offense we added skinner, Mojo, Vesey, thats like 65ish goals. he had very little to start with
