If they're Not at the cap you didn't get the full 5.3 of Horton cap hit from ltir. May want to look into this. Multiple times it's been laid out and you have (with no proof) said you're wrong.

I like knowing the basics then don’t care to learn after that, as far as LTIR and so on really works with this kinda maneuvering the fact that people online that are credible are saying it’s going to help if Marner doesn’t sign to start the year, is good enough for me.

I think its fair to say that the "signing Marner scenario" is something that Dubas and Pridham probably thought about.
