What am I missing? Leafs are currently over the cap according to cap friendly so how do they have room for marner? Can someone explain where the cap space will come from?

Tricky because the best player born on my b-day is probs Ed Belfour. But best player that isn't a goalie would be Vinny Lacavalier. He would be shooting against Mike Vernon who was the playoff MVP that year. That is a toss up. My life is really hanging in the balance here.

People underestimate the advantage the Leafs have in signing players like that.

They don’t care if they have to pay them 900k to play for the Marlies.

Plus as a player if you don’t make the team it’s nice knowing you are playing 10 mins down the road for an AHL team that gets more money dumped into it than the Florida Panthers

Bullcrap, just seen highlites yesterday, I think Wedgie posted it, it was in colour..

It's hard to argue against Orr, because no defenceman before him ever won the scoring championship, and I don't believe it will ever happen again.

Gravel, Kivelhume, Aberg, Wilson, Marincin, Agostino, the Goat, Shore.

There is no way all these players make it. One or two do.
