The list of teams that can take on cap and give none back is growing smaller and smaller.

There are 6 teams left with more than 10 mil in space and they still need to sign some of their won players. Add in Flames will not be the only team trying to dump players.

I think that strategy will become outdated. NYR can just put someone on LTIR. The Cap rules are changing this year , and also things are coming to a showdown with RFAs and GMs.

Need a sweetener for 2/3 of those, and Brodie you might need to take something back too.
