$6 million dead space next season is a major inconvenience, Kreider is as good as gone - KreiderBomb
People are going to female dog and moan thinking they know better than the guys running the show... odds are you don't they weighed the options and said this is where we need to get to this road accomplishes that goal the best way end of story. |

NYR will be freeing up approx. 20mill.. after the season with Belesky, Fast, Nam, Kreider, Mckegg, and many Hartford guys getting off the books. With Shatty buyout that leaves around 14 mill to sign him and/or others. - rrentz
But thats the point Im making, saying Kreider “is as good as gone” is silly. |

I’m not opposed to trading Kreider but think we should keep him. The line possibilities are endless with him in the lineup.

Shatts really can't be traded? With the annual penalties being 1.5M over the next 4 seasons, could you not just trade him retaining 1.7M. It would take him to 4.95M AAV and would only hurt you for 2 seasons. Somebody should want him for under 5M..... |

Id prefer DiGuiseppe but if Fast is still here he’s likely in that spot. What do we do with Nam now? |

We shouldn’t fool ourselves into thinking these kids are all going to play 82 games this season. There will spots for Stinky all over the line up. Ideal? No. But, he plays hard and if he’s able to get the puck for the other guys, that’s a start. |

Fair point, but there’s more kids waiting than ever before. Not worried this year though bc I think a bunch of them aren’t ready just yet. |
