Guys like Drai and Nuge and Chaisson may regress but a healthy Klefbom and an improved Nurse can help offset that.

The bottom 6 depth is a major improvement on trash like Reider, Brodziak, and Lucic.

Now add the stability of a competent GM and coach rather than a clownshow.

I predict a playoff spot.

Hypothetically speaking, how do you think Gretzky would fare in today’s NHL? Do you truly think he’d still be as dominant?

Personally, I don’t think he would. He’d still be a great player for sure, but I’m of the opinion that the quality of competition is FAR better now than it ever has been, especially when compared to Gretzky’s heyday.
