Like I've said before, our only hope is that Macavoy takes a deal first and it is at a decent cap hit. He has missed time in both of his seasons and may be advised to take a reasonable deal. Also, tough to demand too much when a guy like Pasta takes the hometown discount.

It was saying just what a previous poster said, if this players is worth this, and Provorov is in a higher market, yet this player is not as good and got this much higher of a deal than expected, then maybe that shifts the higher markets above said player and raises the price of Provy.

My favorite thing to read is when someone tells someone they missed the point, while completely missing it themselves. It's really funny and entertaining. The benchmark that we are discussing is the 5M that the player just signed and not the perceived figure of 6M. It doesn't shift the market for Provorov. No need for you to confirm that you know this because I already know what you don't know.
