Just my opinion, but the Bill's moved up to take Singletary.

Every year running backs come out of nowhere in fantasy and reality football.

He's gonna get his shot and with our run oriented attack, he's gonna be a star.

If he wasnt 5'6 , Singletary might have been a 1st round pick.

You are spot on with the weather and food...just add in taxes as a negative and an aging population due to the younger folks who seek places like Austin, TX

The pay scale has improved in Buffalo the last few years but they are still underpaid

The property tax prices people out of buying houses in Buffalo

For example a $300,000 house here in Florida say it's a 3 bed 2 bath 1600 square feet has a $3000 a year property tax bill so the mortgage is around $1500 a month

In Buffalo a $300,000 house in West Seneca same size and features has a $6000 a year property tax bill has a mortgage closer to $2000 a month

Then that is a travesty... Because Buffalo is bad.

I love Buffalo. I think downtown Buffalo is great. Sure you still have some areas that have nothing going on & are a little sketch, but a lot of areas are really neat.

Can't wait to move back.

Adam Pelech is a very close comparable to Jake McCabe. Signed his contract 2 years ago, scores around the same amount of points, similar age..gets 1.6M in cap, but hadn't begun full time NHL duty until his new pact kicked in. I don't think 2.5 is unreasonable for McCabe, especially considering injury history, point production and comparable contracts.

The 300,000 house is 200,000 here for the same house.

The taxes haven't prevented buyers for ridiculously outbidding each other

Rochester is in the top 10 nationally , 13.6% increase in home values since last year


* Florida obviously has different areas, so it's unfair on my part to compare your neighborhood to buffalo

I'm counting both cases that went to an errbiterr.

The sole reason Elie went to a hearing was to fight for a 1 way deal. It's clear that he lost, and it's one of those "unofficial" rulings like 'hey, ya know, we'll give you our verdict in 2 days, but you won't be getting a 1 way deal" kinda thing. So he just signed the Sabres offer and lost out on an extra 35K from his QO. Girgensons would have been put in Saddam's hole if he went to arbitration, which is why he signed his QO. Or Larsson. Or both I think.

The market is slowly coming back to earth.
It is not sustainable. Buffalo is going to have a minor housing relapse because of how dumb the market is here.

Find a way to cut taxes about 25%. Buffalo would grow like crazy.

A $100-150k house in Buffalo costs 400-500k+ in Denver.

And the food fkng blows. The amount of weed people smoke doesn't help. It's sh!t.

Food poisoning twice in 3 months after never having it once in my life growing up in Buffalo; and the amount of times I've sent food back or just threw it out because it was like eating cardboard or straight from a garbage can.

If you like chain restaurants though, this is the place for you.
