For the record I was advocating the firing of Hextall and Hakstol 18 months before it actually happened. Unfortunately too many were reading MJL comments and were being brainwashed. Hextall is an idiot, stubborn and old school. How he put up with Hakstol for so long was puzzling, oh yeah Hakstol was practically family. The entire nhl was laughing at the Flyers and Flyers faithful just kept on believing all the bs and were totally brainwashed. I still love my Flyers but management has been really shaky for years now.

Hextall completely turned the Flyers franchise around and built the building blocks of a team that has a chance to be really, really good for a ling time. The only connection Hextall had to Hakstol was that he coached his son if I'm not mistaken. Stating that they are practically family is simply inaccurate. The rest of your post is just more hyperbole.
