Well, the blog has gone to hell in a hand basket again. Staying up to 1:30am to get a blog posted clearly was a wise decision on my part. SMH. - airjan23
I know I appreciate your work here. The thread going off the rails is what makes this place entertaining to me. I love that we talk about everything in here. Yeah, we get on each other sometimes, but I hope no one takes it personal. |

I think there will be more people here who are sick of your JT Miller insanity than who appreciate it you wind bag - jimbro83
If I was the one bringing him up I could see your argument. But I’m not, I’m just responding to other ppl and like a typical snowflake when someone doesn’t agree with your idea the world is ending. Don’t want to hear me defend Miller? Tell other ppl to stop bringing him up, I’m allowed to think a player was good and you think he was bad. Not agreeing with someone shouldn’t cause you to melt the way you do, go pet your cats or something. |

Appreciate the time writing these things Jan, but disagreeing on whether or not someone is good shouldn’t cause someone to have a fit. |

If I may, I don't believe it's that you thought he was good. It's that anytime his name gets typed in here, we hear the same argument about it that we have already gone through, ad nauseam. No, you didn't bring him up, but we already know how you feel about it.
There just isn't enough news coming down the pipeline to keep us occupied. |

Is he banned?
A week seems harsh, but he did flip a little more than may have been warranted. |

I agree with a lot of what you post but Tony is right you cram it down our hoops |
|
|

He is though, he would’ve ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd the last 3 seasons on the Rangers in points. He played mostly in Tampa’s bottom 6 and still had 47 points playing with plugs. Just got a 1st and 3rd for him as well. 58 56 and 47 points is good production. - nyrangers9479
I was a JT Miller fan and didn’t want to see him go, but is there any plugs on Tampa?

I think at some point we all were, he was on the team and there were a few nights where he was the best forward we had, which is why we sold high. We've done the same thing with our last 2 backup goalies. |

How am I cramming it down your hoops if I’m not the one bringing it up. Ppl say he sucks, I say he’s good and explain y I think he’s good. |

Because we have all heard that explanation 50 times. We all understand your argument. Some agree, some don't. Either way, it's ancient history.
Just because his name is mentioned, it doesn't mean anyone wants to revisit the topic.
edit: please don't misunderstand me here. I am not saying this with any amount of anger. It's just that a lot of us feel we have truly exciting days ahead and that it's where are discussions would be better focused. |

I completely agree, but when ppl say admit he sucks im just answering them. I don’t say, “man, I really wish we still had Miller.” But if it’s a topic of discussion I’ll give my opinion. I don’t sit here and say no one is allowed to talk about Miller and say he sucks or I’m guna have a meltdown. It’s a rumor hockey site, you can say w.e you want about a player, doesn’t mean I have to agree with it. |

Shatty buy out : unfortunate they couldnt find a way to save enough with out using the buy out plan ,next season its a +6 mil to carry his buyoiut save now & 1.4 next 2 yrs BUT i see why they didnt use the option on any of the other candidates
Shatty opens up the most amt of $$ with the smallest affect on the D
Smith not big enough savings & can still go down & save the cost of either Lemueix or AdA $$ for the year can also pla wing with grit ? 4th line needs
strome & names are our #2 center right NOW ... with out a trade to upgrade
center position we have to rely on the kids & those 2 to play behind mika
I do hope we trade to upgrade center , i see our P O chance sitting on that 1
player to be the #2 center ,with out it ,we have to believe Chtyl or Howden or Lias A will step into the #2 slot and Strome /names will help ... I D K |

A name to write down and remember:
Chase Priskie
He is a RHD that just finished college. Just like our own Adam Fox, he was a 2019 Hobey Baker Award Finalist. He was drafted by Caps, but announced he will refuse to sign with them and become an UFA on August 15th.
Will be interesting to see where he winds up... |

what's funny to me is that every great move we have made this summer people have been like THANK YOU JD!!!
one controversial move is made and it's all Gorton - jimbro83
I haven't been, every move has been Gorton-JD, this one I'm just skeptical about |
