We have enough pipeline to trade an actual, useful NHL player. I don't think I could be convinced that this lineup should be taken into the season, even with the unloading of Sobotka and Hunwick or whatever.

Sheary in the top-6 reminds me of when we went in with Pouliot in the top-6. I think that means your team isn't very good

Not surprised.

I am however surprised that Skinner didn't make the top-100 players in the NHL

Getzlaf and Gostisbehere, but no Skinner.

wtf is that poop?

I heard that ship sailed during the deadline anyways. VAN, EDM, PHX, and WPG still interested.

I still think it's going to be the jets

Risto, Sheary and a 2nd that becomes a 1st if Laine scores 40+ goals

that would be great, then somehow get your hands on a #2 center, then that team can do some damage.

7. Buffalo Sabres - Dylan Cozens, C, Lethbridge (WHL)
NHL Central Scouting: No. 5 (North American skaters)

Cozens (6-3, 183), a right-handed shot, is hoping to become the third player from Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, to play in the NHL, joining forward Peter Sturgeon (Colorado Rockies, six games, 1979-80) and defenseman Bryon Baltimore (Edmonton Oilers, two games, 1979-80). He is an elite skater with speed, size and a powerful shot. He was second on Lethbridge with 84 points (34 goals, 50 assists) in 68 games and dad nine points (four goals, five assists) for Canada at the 2019 IIHF World U-18 Championship.

NHL.com analysis: With Jack Eichel, Cozens and Casey Mittelstadt in the middle, the Sabres have a foundation that could be part of a Stanley Cup Playoff team sooner rather than later.

7. Buffalo Sabres - Dylan Cozens, C/W, Lethbridge (WHL)

Led all WHL first-year eligibles in scoring with 84 points. Excellent speed and first-step quickness. More of a north-south skater but very difficult to slow down or double-team. He can be a shark in the neutral zone and picks off a lot of passes that lead to odd-man breaks. Will do anything coach asks of him and uses physicality to his advantage. Grade: A

Olofson belongs with our Franchise Center
VO brings a natural Snipe Shot, can keep up with Jack
Its similar to what Botts was accustomed to in Pitt where they would bring a young forward up and place them with Sid, I love Sam but he needs to help Mitts with Johanson

Just wonder what the hold up is. I can guarantee you the oilers tried for Shattenkirk.
