Botts accidentally hired a soccer coach for the hockey team.

Not a single full time Sabre from 18-19 is wearing an opponents jersey, yet.

The only one to even put a Sabre sweater on was Nylander. We made 10 transactions and released 1. Some include NHL/AHL contracts obviously. But 8/10 will be competing for spots.

Not sure if you heard but the Sabres are going to the Premier League in 20-21 as the first American team to join the league. Very impressive.

Also it sounds like both Botterill and Krueger recognize that Reinhart can absolutely drive his own line "from the wing".

I imagine the org will try very hard to find a fit not named Sam Reinhart on the top line.

I think Vesey and Sheary could compete for that 1RW spot.

I think Vesey has a stronger likelihood of having chemistry with Jack because they train together, but I am not sure.

I don't think it's terrible, but it's not inspiring.

I think he can do it. We certainly need him to. 25/35 from him on the 2nd line would mean we're probably pretty good

meh. It's nothing sauce. That's definitely a let's see what training camp looks like scenario. The best news is that Girgensons and/or Foligno is not the only option to put with Jack. Guys I expect to see with Eichel and Skinner during camp
