my back is hurting.

i went home for lunch yesterday to do my stretches and i ended up just staying there.

i'm back at work today though due to my truculence. so truculent.

Are you sure you were stretching properly? Perhaps it was too truculent for your back.

the stretches were taught to me in physical therapy. if they aren't right i'm gonna be really mad at some doctors.
