Oh i agree re KR...tbh o bought the ticket for Leucan but I dont know if ill be able to bring myself to go because he is annoying...

As for Markov, im sure he can be useful in a specialist role, not as a guy who’ll play 82 games.

Meh it's not like he's a vet who's good to have around the locker room, by many accounts he can go a complete season whitout saying one phrase to his teamates. If he's not there for a regular spot I doubt he's the type of player you want around your team.

Who's to say he's not good to have around the room? I remember hearing that although he's not your gregarious, vocal cheerleader, he was really helpful in more of a teaching role. Some of our young defence don't need to learn how to be a Weber beast...they need to learn more of the finesse style defence, and there are few out there that were better than Markov. Just ask Ovechkin.

But that's the thing he didn't take that teaching role, yes he made the guy next to him like Komisarek better. But guys Lapierre, Latendresse, Bouillon all said he spoke a little to Koivu when he was there but after that he just did his little thing and that was it. He never took a young guy like Beaulieu on the side to give him some pointers.
