I don’t hang with him anymore after his playoff performance. We’ve gone our separate ways. |

Well the Coliseum was 17 almost 18k and they had trouble selling it out quite a bit. I'm sure if they start winning all the time and become a true contender it could sell out but 19k seems like a lot. Way better location than the barclays and it will be state of the art soni suppose it could fill up regularly - Upstate_isles
They’ll do well if they put a competitive product on the ice consistently. It’s all about the luxury suites and it’s a far enough west location while still being enough on Long Island that they’ll have no issues selling them. Sure they’ll have their weekday games against a bottom dweller that may not sell out I’m sure but you have to think Malkin, Ledecky, and everyone else involved did their due diligence on the model. |

More than the Luxury Suits the VIP or box type seats with waitress service or club seats are going to sell more in Nassau County. Just my opinion of course. |

I hope it's full I love watching games with a packed house and not empty seats. I'm not able to get there often for games but I enjoy that when it's on tv with the surround sound cranked |

Isles should do well if they can finally sign better FA's than Leo. |

Went to 2 games in Uniondale, both really empty, and quiet 😞. I'd freakin love to be at a home game with it packed !
Went to a game in Pitts a few years back, and it was rockin...till we scored, and scored again, and again lol 3-1 Isles. I had fun there, and the fans were great to me and my son |

All this other crap aside, 19,000 seats seems like a lot for the isles. Are there even 19,000 fans? - Upstate_isles
17 for hockey and 19 for concerts from what I read. |

Yeah i would think but it being a new arena with its own train and along with everything we just mentioned should sell some more seats. Not worried about it in all honesty just want it done already so I don’t have to hear it as an excuse for why FA’s don’t sign here😂 |

Mark….a lawsuit doesn’t even stop work necessarily, correct? The judge would need to have a strong reason to hold up anything, right? Thanks for all of your updates along the way on this topic

Yes, that was why the ESD and FOB were so focused and detailed in the statements of thoroughness of completing the tasks at hand |

LOL, I think it’s what the team and fan base have been waiting for for a while now.
It’s not going to make us a large market team but with the new arena and the Seattle expansion and new TV contracts with the cap expected to go up it will make us much more competitive with the larger market teams. My opinion of course but I believe it.
With the beers I have drank and am drinking tonight. |

Yes I read that as well a little while back. They were making sure everything was on the up and up so there would be no loop holes that the opposition could take advantage of regarding lawsuits etc etc. They didn't rush it and try to sneak anything in unnoticed. They went about it the right way making changes along the way to appease everybody. |
