Derick Brassard just signed a one-year deal with the New York Islanders.

That’s ok. Hopefully Trotz can get something more out of him.

I think he was compared to ovie for the way he shoots from that spot on the pp
- Upstate_isles

Which is exactly what I just said in the post you’re replying too😂🤣

Brassard will score 16-26-42 and play all 82 games. 7-8-15 of his scoring will be against the Rangers.

I’ll take it. I’d be happy with 35 pts and defensively responsible anything over 40 pts I would be ecstatic.

I would think he would be a lock for 40 plus if he wasn't playing with Leo & Dal Colle

I honestly have no idea what he’s done the last couple of years(don’t feel like looking it up) besides anywhere he has been hasn’t been happy with his performance. I’m hoping Dal Colle shows a little more offense this season he seems to have figured out the defensive game and does what Trotz wants. If I were Dal Colle I would've found the best skating coach on the planet and moved in with them for the summer. Boggles the mind that some of these kids are on the verge of millions to play a sport and fixable parts of their game seem to be neglected. He did look better to me later in the season hopefully that’s a work in progress but I will say I’m excited to see if he shows some improvement.

As far as Komarov there’s really nothing to say.

3c was a big hole and lou tried on panarin so he knows they need help. You need 4 lines in today's NHL I think we can all agree on that
- Upstate_isles

3rd and 4th lines mean nothing.
