ya there is definitely some benefit to marner.

Probably better then Nylander last year but not as good as Nylander when he tags along with Matthew good.

He could never carry the team before that.

No one said you build a team around wingers but to say no winger can be as valuable as a centre is BS. I'm not saying he has more value/importance, the Leafs are. He is the go-to. He plays the most, in all situations. They have made him their most opportune player by heir usage.
