Risto is actually a month younger. Potential shouldn't be discussed for either player. Mantha is a good 25 goal scorer with questionable work ethic and Risto is good on the powerplay but sucks defensively.

Yeah the cheese slipped off Redmond's cracker a long time ago. He's a company man so he'll have a job as long as he wants it. But his alcohol problem is really hurting his ability to call the game. He's basically just embarrassing himself at this point. He's not as embarrassing as the team on the ice though.
