In 5 years, that could be 70 million.

Even if they spend "20 million" on bullpoop LTIR contracts to get to 70, they're still going to be spending 50 million a year on players.

If one of those players is Matthews, even if it's at 15 million a year, they would spend it on him in a heartbeat.
