Cookout is legit. Went last summer in Va. Ordered a cookout 'tray', like a value meal with choice of sandwich, 2 sides and a drink for like $6. The list of sides includes chicken nuggets & quesadillas. Got a burger, considering the cost I was expecting a thin fast food burger, but it was pretty decently sized and quite tasty.

I may be late, but unless they changed the rules, as soon as he plays a game overseas after the start of the NHL regular season he will have to pass through waivers to re-enter the NHL this season, regardless of the date.

That was a huge thing with ROR during the shortened season, the dumbass Flames signed him to an OS without realizing that he had to go through waivers first, and luckily for Colorado they matched and were in last place, so they had first crack.

RoR was free to re-join Colordao though, without waivers. RFAs and players on the reserve list are exempt from the rule.
