thanks for posting those! Good insights on his mindset. Liked how he mentioned a deeper team to not be constantly playing guys up the lineup, and that being able to match Bo and Petey against other top lines eliminates the need for a pure checking line.

Funny that he namechecked Sven and Goldy and how they’re going to fit into the lineup, and then just said “Where is Jake?”, like he’s (frank)ing lost or something

Jake does need to show what he is going to be in the league. He hasn't been bad defensively. Isn't always the most physical. Scores goals in bunches. This season whatever he does most regularly is probably what he will become in the league.

If he plays nearly 82 games I expect him to go around 20-20 for the season. Lofty but I think he's capable.

I feel as if he's going to get till the TDL to prove his worth. Only way he's going is for an upgrade at a cheaper cost. Don't have a ton of cap room to work with till injuries occur.
