Vince McMahon has an ego and a burning desire to make it work but it's got a snowballs chance in hell.

The only thing it has going for it, other than the fact that it's being pushed by a rich ego-maniac who doesn't care about losing millions to get it going, is that massive amount of talent the NCAA produces every year that don't make the NFL.

Because there's half a dozen guys who have the job of trying to take his head off, with the rest of the guys trying to intercept his passes.

There's so many moving pieces that if just one guy in front of the QB makes a wrong move, the play falls apart. Having a guy good enough to see it coming or to overcome that is insanely difficult.

The problem is there was no reason for Marner to sign. He had never even had an entire season as a top 6 forward. If any RFA would bet on themselves, it was Marner.

No doubt Dubas tried, but both sides have to want it.

Injuries were the only reason he would not have had a career year. His usage was poop his first 2 years with poor linemates. He was going to get his most TOI ever, and with Tavares.

just trade the little poop already, him and his dad can go run their little game somewhere else. or he can go into the world and get an actual real job spoiled female dog.
