His projection had nothing to do with which team I thought he cheered for.
I was just looking at some of the things his twitter said and he seemed like a fan of a team like the Kings. - manvanfan

My assessment was nothing more than what benning said about goldy though. He praised his creativity with the puck, and didnt address anything else. - Codes1087
Otherwise he'd be talking bad about him.
Can't call out your own players. Well the Dallas owner did, |

The complaining will happen even if Miller is on the 2nd line. I just want whats best for the team... could care less about anything else. - boonerbuck
I think miller is going to help a ton. I watched some videos of his power play time on tampa on PP1. Hes an incredible passer and is excellent on gaining controlled entries on said powerplay. I'm hoping he can replicate that success with us |

I didn't see them related in any other way.
It's okay Vintsy, I forgive your misguided something something or another, on my post which misguided you in the first place. |

I think Miller will be given every opportunity to establish chemistry with 1 of EP/Bo to start the season, I see him being moved to 3LC only if he needs a kick in the ass during a cold streak or if he fails to develop chemistry with either EP or Bo. |

Didn't JB say he saw MF getting first chance with them? |

With EP? I missed that, but that sounds fine to me. That pretty much means that Miller will start with Bo which is what I prefer. |

For sure it is, but Goldobin isn't a dude he's only scouted a handful of times which is likely the case when it comes to players he's overpaid to acquire. Outside of Sbisa and maybe Hutton, he hasn't really drastically overpaid any of his own players when re-signing them. So I think he a has a decent handle on his own players, it's the evaluations of other teams' NHL/AHL players that Benning and his pro scouting staff have had some difficulty with. - Nucker101

Gudbranson and Sutter - NorthNuck
I remember when Vantel was saying how Van was getting Sutter and it was not something I wanted. I called him a "soft" player. I was talking about the way he plays but I didn't know it would ring true with how body as well. |

Gudbranson and Sutter - NorthNuck
Gudbranson, sure. Sutter has been valuable when healthy and just last summer there were reports that teams were calling JB about acquiring him. His cap hit is basically what you'd expect to pay for an established 3LC caliber player with how high the cap is now. |

Right, I still blame lack of sunshine in Van why Canucks players are always so injured. |

Hey do we know yet when our draft is for fantasy this year? I might actually take some time to prepare this time around - NorthNuck
I'll do a roll call next week to see who's in and who's out. I think Vantel said he's out this year, so we may need to find replacement owners or possibly just throw those players into the draft pool. |

That sounds like a Toronto thing.
Got two large Linebacker sized buds in Toronto that try and leave as much as possible in August to avoid the humidity. |

Ferland should be great on the PP as well as long as players on that unit can get pucks to the net. I was surprised to find out Ferland had more PP points last season than EP who was the Canucks best.

I'm no benning bro but I think hes right. Benning isnt saying anything about his shot, defense, skating, back checking, motor, or anything else, but is saying he thinks hes one of the most creative players with the puck on the team. I dont disagree. Goldy has a ton of potential with the puck, but is a garbage fire when he doesnt have it, which is basically all the time when he doesnt play on a line with petey. Goldy needs soo much work to round out his game, but creativity with the puck, hes gotta be up there near the top in regards to the team - Codes1087
Who (frank)ing cares about creativity with the puck. We are talking about skill. Passing is a skill. Shooting is a skill. Winning board battles is a skill. Defending is a skill. If anyone thinks Goldobin is the second most skilled player then they are either doing listerine bombs in the park with Tiny or they are smashing bath salts with Kuzzi. 🛀 salt 🧂 |

I'm literally addressing what benning said, and not addressing what he didnt say.
Benning addressed goldy with the puck, and i reiterated what he said. |

I still want Miller beside EP and Brock and also on the 1st PP.

You originally quoted a post that said "arguably the 2nd most skilled forward with the puck"
Benning also said the same, none of us are saying he brings anything else to the table or that he's even close to the 2nd best forward on this roster. |
