Nah I think his back and the Leafs closeness to a Cup says he wouldn't mind signing for roughly what he made last year on a one year deal.

You can just trade Ceci and then both Gardiner and Marner can sign. I admit it's a longshot, but multiple people have said he does not want to leave what he helped build.
