About 5 years back had to tear out a wall, dig a trench, put in that black bubbled water proof barrier thing, install two sump pumps and replace the floor and wall after. My deepest sympathies as that is some utter and pure bull poop. Here's hoping it stays cheap and (frank)s off quickly

I got insurance for the damage but not for the cause. Will have to replace the whole flooring and remove about 2 to 8 inches of walls everywhere. I just removed the carpet and replaced it with vynil in the main room, wanted to do the same for the other rooms in the basement. Guess the repair company will install the floor instead of me.

Get it inspected it first, might just be clogged with dirt or roots.

If you do any work put a sump pump in, it's really worth it

Ouin mais les problème de nappe c'est plus commun au printemps à la fonte des neiges, son drain semble avoir fonctionné alors. Ah moins qu'il ce soit bouché cet été, c'est pour ça je parlais de la sump pump car la pluie semble avoir joué un rôle.
