Actually, do you think you could recreate that program and insert it into hockeybuzz? Maybe throw it into the Canucks thread for poops and giggles?

Glad Gards is gone and signed and someone else's potential issue with that back. Defence is what it is and think it will start to get better too as we move the younger guys in and they start to get the experience and grow into their own. The longer seasoning in the minors and not rushing the prospects certainly helps there too! Just worried the pylon that is Marincin is going to do more than just sit in the press box eating popcorn!

And a pretty good start in Traverse there, kids are doing pretty well which is always nice too!

Honestly, there are some twitter bots out there designed just to do this. Sometimes I wonder if some of these board trolls aren't one of these!

My skills in that area are nearly 30 years passed, but it would be a work of art to drop something like that out there!

Honesty, how much rope does this guy get? When is this nightmare experiment going to be over?

I get that we need to fill the roster, but this guy has been given thousand chances and has done nothing. Surely there has been other cost effective options that could have been tried along the way. Even just to get some new blood, a new look or someone who is just hungry to make it.

Gardiner is the better player but Ceci costs 450k more. It's completely irrelevant that the leafs had to take Ceci to get rid of zaitsev because Ceci wasn't under contract. The leafs could have just non tendered him.

LA signed campbell to an extension - will be their backup.
Leafs should trade for Cam Peterson - he's better than any of the backup options Toronto has right now, and will be a very solid nhl backup / starter for years to come.

I beleieve the Sens did tender him so the bold statement is not correct.

I think 1 year of Ceci is better 5 year Zaitsev's contract for the same coin.
