Incredibly specific.

Let me try to write them here while on a work computer.

3 incidents.

1. While she was staying at his house (as his trainer), walked into bathroom while she was in there, exposed himself, kissed her without permission.

2. At his house, while she was watching a video of a church sermon on a tablet, he stood behind her, ejaculated on her back. No consent -she didn't know he was doing it until she felt a wet spot on her back. She also has some saved emails in which he talks about the incident - they are not nice.

3. She drives him (and another unnamed football player) back to his house after going to a Miami nightclub. She goes in the house to use the bathroom. He pulls her into a bedroom to talk to her. He proceeds to push her face down on the bed and rape her.

Once again, I'll caution that this is her side of the story, but it's not a pleasant read.

If the leafs fail this year (1st round exit or worse) dubas may get roasted for not having marner in the lineup... but imo I think he'll be applauded by shanny and other gms for not just caving to a dummy/greedy gm and player. Duby has to look out for the whole team... not to mention the rest of his career. Would another owner rather hire kyle "the guy who caved and cost his team the ability to be competitive in the future" dubas... or kyle "the steadfast negotiator who puts the team first, and isn't just trying to be friends with the players" dubas?

Not quite what I was saying but good try. Applaud dubas for not making a critical general manager mistake by overpaying a greedy little sh!t despite the pressure the leafs gm usually has to work under.

No way to know if having an overpaid marner will push us over the top... but I hope he's willing to risk it. Hope fans understand if the season is a failure that it's not because dubas didn't try to get a reasonable deal done. Dubas said himself last year's negotiations were on himself for not pushing to get a deal done sooner with Willie. You have to believe he wouldn't make that mistake again with marner and has even got quite creative in making the space to get him signed (or match an offer sheet) this off season - a la clarkson trade +
