Never look at how the other team does after the trade. Glad it worked out for them, doesn't mean it can't eventually work out for us. I will promise you that he wouldn't have one either of those things in Buffalo last year.

Yeah, I went to the one in Edison, NJ. Went to the Bills-Giants game the next day. 2.5 hour wait.

I highly doubt the OnCore facility will be much cheaper if at all.

About 10 years ago, I flew into Nashville, drove to Knoxville and stayed overnight. Went to a Tennessee-Georgia football game, and then drove to back to Nashville for a Sabres-Preds game on the same day.

Out of the 4 players you mentioned here, 3 are really good, one is not.

Only of these players we have guys in line to replace him.

You don’t acquire Jokiharju and Montour for assets to play them on their off hand or on the third pair.

You also don’t pay a guy who’s specialty is on the PP, 5.4 mil, to rock 2/3rd pairing minutes and reduced PP time to “up his value”

Botts trades beside ROR have been fine. I don’t think anyone can have an issue with it.

As for Risto. You keep him and you have a strong d core.

You trade him for a top 6 forward. You strengthen your offense and the defense is just solid.

nor does our gm

nor does 29 other nhl gms


there is potential
and he is 24 years old


he has 194 points in the nhl and 4 straight seasons over 40 points


Giordano just won the norris, at risto's age had 16 points in the nhl and 11 years later only has 5 40 point seasons in the nhl


this is one topic, I don't feel needs to be rushed


our gm wants an upbeat team, and risto provides more of that then bogo, nelson or borgen
