I agree. He can bury the puck when given the chance. He’s just not going to play heavy if you know what I mean. I don’t see four better wingers ahead of him. I don’t see value in trading him. Late pick maybe?

I only see room for 1 guy when they are healthy.

Joulevi shutdown again, I feel bad for the kid but can't help but to question this teams thought process on bringing him in and touting him 100% healthy.

Would be nice but appears to be another year away from a full time spot. He's got potential but nothing like Boeser, Petey, Hughes or Horvat. A year in Utica would be good.

That was easily the most questionable signing if you ask me. If you can't crack LA's roster it's not looking good

I still believe this is a rebuilding team. Rebuilding teams need a little luck to go their way and solid player management to expedite the process of putting a competitive team together.

I’ve been overly critical of this management regime so I’m looking for positives other than the obvious home runs. Having a young player drafted around 150 who plays meaningful NHL minutes early in their career is a real win IMO.

Couple more of those and then you’re starting to build a franchise that can sustain a longer period of competitiveness. Rather than just “going for it” every 10 years or so.
