I think it's a very realistic trade, in all honesty. Offering Newton, who hasn't done anything for Carolina and could use a change of scenery, at the TDL for Rosen - A stop-gap at this point - and a 1st is something that both teams should really consider.

Will any QB's in this years draft be ready to start day-1 next year? If not, then get the top players with your pick and the leftover 1st, plus you have two 2nd rounders on top of that iirc, and Miami could make a complete 180 by next September.
