The loss sucks but there were a lot of positives to take away from this one imo aside from the outcome and Myers' off night. A lot of the depth guys played quite well against Boston's top players.

34 years of age and hasn’t shown he can stay healthy since he’s become a Flyer. So outside of the realm of possibility he wasn’t the best choice to sign as back up. We should get feedback from the much younger Michael Neuvirth.

The Braun - Ghost combo looks good. I think Morin had a good night, quietly improving. I hope he plays again next game but with Sanheim or Niskanen.

On the bottom six battles, I think Bunnaman, Twarynski, Stewart and NAK are still in it, along with Vorobyev who wasn’t in the lineup today. I really hope that Farabee has a great game and makes it. He is top 9 depth. The roster is better with him.

I expect a big year for Lindblom, the new and improved faster guy! Laughton is tremendous, I think he should fill in for Patrick.

Even had him out there killing penalties. Lets hope he is healthy and can turn in a better than average season season.
