Your inability to comprehend is not my fault
Sucks that you’re so unhappy with the Sabres
Most of us see the team moving in the right direction thanks to Botts - jdfitz77
This is not true and you do not speak for anyone but yourself. |

Vesey, Jury is out, We shall see if he is worth resigning
Sheary, he can go. Not bad for 1/2 of a 4th
Hunwick, he gone, on LTIR. Hasn't and will not hurt this team. Cost us 1/2 of a 4th
Bogo, gone. Not Botts acquisition
Blowboy, gone. Cost us a 3rd
Scandella, gone. Cost us Foligno, meh. No biggy, although I would rather have had him than Scandy...but at the time our D was a complete joke.
Sobotka, Botts was schooled by Army and Terry/Kim
Girgs, didn't cost us any assets.. Debatable value he brings
Larry, see Girgs above. The two allow for further development of Asplund, Lazar, et all
Erod, didnt cost any assets. 4th line calls him eventually...or he is jettisoned.
Can Botts get any draft picks for these guys at TDL?
Bogo, Erod, Sheary yes.
Scandy, Girgs, Larry maybe
Sobotka not like
Hunwick done
Vesy, probably retained, maybe traded. |

Of course you do. That’s not really the question.
If the Bills go 8-8 should we fire McBeane? They’ve had 3 years now.
Should we accept going backwards from 9-7 two straight seasons? |

Botterill hasn't made the playoffs in his tenure, so there's no parallel to be made between the two imo.
It's also easier to make the playoffs in the NHL, based on the amount of teams that get in.
But let's just say 8-8 equals 36-36-10. 82 points. Based on his track record of failure, yes, I think that should get Botterill fired |

This is the part of the logic I think is totally flawed.
McBeane did something two years ago, with a roster that wasn’t entirely theirs, therefore they’re allowed to tale a major step back to 6-10, and then slowly climb from there?
Yet when Botts teams are slowing linear improvement from 62-76- to say mid-80’s...we’re going to not see the plan through?

Call me crazy but if Josh Allen is out for 4-6 weeks, we should be calling NYG about Eli Manning's availability... I'm completely serious.
I highly doubt he would fetch a 1st from any team at this point and lord knows he's needed a change of scenery for a while now... He is in the last year of his contract.
If he plays well, Allen sits and learn from a Super Bowl winning QB with tons of knowledge and experience. After today, I think he needs a lot of coaching up still. He is forcing too many plays and making too many bad reads. He needs to calm the F down.
We have 9 draft picks for 2020 - There should be a lot of depth drafting with two 5ths and three 6ths. We can afford to give up a 2nd for Eli Manning.
Crazy or not? |

He sprinted off the field into the locker room. We have a bye after Tennessee
He’s maybe missing one game, and I doubt he even misses one |

And Barkley is fine, with a week of practice with the 1's. |

Never know man, post-concussion syndrome is weird. He got popped and knocked out.
I've had PCS, trust me, it's not the head injury that's the problem - Ear and neck injuries sometimes go undetected and equilibrium issues can come and go randomly. I've sprinted off after getting concussed too - it's called adrenaline. |

I think it’s his first documented concussion.
It’s also the NFL that pretends to care, and he’s a starting QB.
IMO he’s cleared Wednesday |

The good news is that our best player, who’s also going to be a world class player is only 19. Were in ok shape regardless
I remember when Tyler Ennis, Drew Stafford and Myers were our “future” |

Also had an assist yesterday. 6 points in 2 games. If he continues to improve everyday and hit the weight room he will definitely be on the team next year no doubt. |

I think that's close to a given. Another year of juniors makes no sense for him.
