EK is PISSED about Spezza.
Although as soon as I saw Shore there I knew it wreaked of Babcock. Can't wait to see our 3rd/4th lines playing 18min a night.

Looking at the thread, I am quite surprised by the lack of MacKinnon picks for Hart. I didn't see one. That's my guy this year.
I also sort of Leafed through it.
Pun fully intended. |

Have to love Toronto media. TSN headline story: Shore Replaces Spezza...
Seriously? A fourth line player subs in for another fourth line player and this is headline news? Probably has something to do with the fact that Spezza is old and will not dress in every game.
Please drop the puck so we don't have to read this madness |

If Matthews plays a full 82, he wins the Hart trophy and the Rocket Richard Trophy |

My pick is Luke Schenn...nah but seriously Barkov is going to win it on the back of a Panthers return to playoffs. |

Meh. Babcock got destroyed for playing his 39 year old Marleau all the time. He doesn't look like he'll fall for that again with 36 year old Jason Spezza.
Useless signing by Kyle in all honesty. |

I think he will play in 55 games and get 30 points.. At least it was $700k, and not $6.3M |

I hope he doesn't get injured... I have him in one of my pools - PatC80 There isn't much of a better pick than him on the left cirlce on the PP to take one times. He's getting into that Ovechkin/Stamkos level. I'm really not even exaggerating - check out this goal the other night
