You also have no say how things go at your company unless you are the CEO.
But you can damn sure question management decisions you do not like or you do not understand. - ImThatGuy
That's not true, you can really (frank) things up, cost your company millions or billions, and a lot of huge breakthroughs are found by the rank and file.
I don't know if anyone is saying "don't question things" I think most people are sick of, ten times a day, every day, repeating the same old poop over and over and over and over.
Pegula is in contract talks with architects for a new wing at the Harborcenter, I snagged a peak at the title page. Looks like they want to call it ICU...anyone have any idea what that could stand for?

Interesting...... I wonder where they can add on a wing? They seem pretty boxed in.

Internet Complaint Unit. This wing will be office space for a newly hired team dedicated to reading hockeybuzz and other similar boards so that every single fan complaint / suggestion will be documented and brought to Botts/Kruegs for immediate implementation.

Goaltending takes us wherever we end up this year. Ullmark should have the opportunity to take over as our bonafide #1. If by january this hasnt happened and 6K is tearing it up in rochacha I expect him to get a shot.
If olofsson sticks with eichel all year I dont think its unrealistic to look for 25-30 goals. So long as he is on the top PP he will net 20. What is interesting to me is how eichel could benefit from playing with him, from what ive seen he is a much better playmaker than skinner.
Time for skinner to make his money. Without eichel it will be tough to surpass 40g however he is a guy who has scored 30+ three other times and other seasons with 24, 28, and 20 in 64gp. He needs to be a force on the 2nd line.
Reinhart has began to strike me as the type of player who will continue to get better over the course of his career. Something about hockey IQ. Playing with eichel will bring career numbers again.
It is insane to me how sobotka could ever be in the lineup over rodrigues. Ive liked erod's game. Aside from his flexibility I have been excited to see him in a more permanent role that suits him.. not in the pressbox.
Montour's injury is unfortunate, hope this doesnt become a recurring theme with him.
Risto will again shoulder a heavy load. Most want him traded, I only want to see it happen if an immediate improvement to our top 6 is available. Otherwise in a role other than workhorse, I still believe he brings value to the ice.
While it would be aesthetically pleasing to see a shakeup on the 4th line, larsson and girgensons will be just fine. Just imagine a world where you werent paying okposo and sobotka 9.5 million on the cap and injected that money into your top 6 while erod slid into his 4th line role.
Again, I believe goaltending is our key to success this year just as it was early last year. I expect them to compete for the playoffs. Despite any improvement in scoring it wont happen with average netminding.

Two more anecdotes from The Athletic’s survey of head coaches regarding who will Be this year’s surprise team:
“Buffalo. Players have underachieved,’’ one coach said. “Culture has been a big question mark. Ralph is infectious. Understands leadership and uniting people. He will be the difference maker.’’
Added another coach who picked Buffalo as his surprise team: “I’m thinking Ralph connects with these guys and they have a great run.’’
